This website belongs to Burger Brava (demo) and runs on the elpizzero platform, which technically sets what is described here. Only what is necessary for the website to work is stored in your browser; analytics only if you accept it.
1. What they are and what the law says
Cookies and local storage are small pieces of data that a website stores in your browser. Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) allows storing without asking permission what is strictly necessary to provide the service you request; for everything else your consent is required, which you can change at any time with the button above or with “⚙️ Manage consent” at the foot of the menu.
2. Necessary (no permission required)

3. First-party analytics (only with your permission)
So that the restaurant knows how many visits it gets, the platform counts visits and the ordering steps (viewing the menu, adding to the cart, completing the order). Neither Google Analytics nor any third-party measurement tool is used. Without your permission nothing is stored in your browser: the visit is counted with a temporary identifier that is lost when you close the page. If you accept “Analytics”, a random identifier (elp_visitor_<restaurante>) is stored so you are not counted twice. The data is not shared with anyone and is deleted after 26 months.
4. Marketing
This website does not use any advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Third-party services
- OpenStreetMap: the maps (delivery area, where we are) are drawn with images your browser requests from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address to serve them. We do not set any of its cookies.
6. How to change or withdraw your permission
With the selector above or with “⚙️ Manage consent” at the foot of the menu. Your choice lasts 180 days; after that you are asked again. You can also delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings; if you delete the necessary ones, the cart and ordering may stop working.
