Offers and promotions
The automatic discount via QR on each ticket and the campaigns with code.
Two distinct things
- Automatic discount QR: each order gives the customer a unique code on their ticket for their next visit. No need to do anything or distribute codes: it generates itself. It's what makes the customer come back.
- Promotions with code: campaigns that you create and the customer types in when ordering (typical: 5% off the next order).
Be careful with accumulating discounts: check that the percentage still leaves you a margin, especially if you also pay a fee for card payments.
