Is elpizzero free? Do you charge a commission per order?

You can start free and we charge no commission per order. Unlike the big aggregators, which keep up to 30% of each sale, on elpizzero the price the customer pays reaches your restaurant in full. You create your account and menu in minutes, with no contracts or lock-in.

What kind of business is it for?

For pizzerias, kebab shops, burger joints, bars, cafés, restaurants and food shops. You set up categories, products, sizes, extras and toppings your way, and switch on only what you need: delivery, pickup, table service, or all three.

Do I need to buy hardware or a special POS?

It isn't required. It works from the browser on any computer, tablet or phone. If you want, you can integrate it with an Android POS like Sunmi to take orders and print tickets, but you don't need to buy anything to get started.

Does it comply with VeriFactu and Spanish regulations?

It's ready for VERI*FACTU (RD 1007/2023): chained invoice records, electronic signature with your certificate and submission to the AEAT when you switch it on. It's mandatory for restaurants from 2027, and our declaración responsable is public.

How do I take online order payments safely?

Online payment is processed with Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay); the customer's card never goes through our servers. You can also accept cash or card on delivery or pickup.

Does it work on mobile, tablet and Android?

Yes. It's a web app that works on any device, and it also has an Android app for the point of sale (orders, kitchen/KDS and printing). Everything syncs in real time.

Can I handle delivery, pickup and table service at once?

Yes. You turn on all three service types and every order comes in tagged. You define delivery zones, hours, minimum order and estimated times, and manage the dining room with your real floor plan.

Can I put my menu in several languages?

Yes, both the customer-facing menu and the program itself are multilingual, with permissions per employee.

Can I export my customer database? Are the customers mine?

Yes, absolutely. You import and export your customer database whenever you like. On elpizzero the customer is yours: we don't lock your data.
