Your customers
Who asks you, how much is spent, and how many times they have returned. It can be exported.
What it’s for
The list of people who have requested from you at least once, sorted by total spent. It's a quick way to see who your regular customers are.
The tags
The system classifies them automatically, without you having to do anything:
- New: has requested once.
- Recurring: has returned. These are the ones that sustain the business.
Above, you have those same buttons to filter and keep only one group.
Search for a specific person
The search bar above finds by name, email, or phone. Useful when someone calls and you want to see what they ordered last time.
Export and import
⬇️ Export downloads the list in a file that opens with Excel. ⬆️ Import is for adding customers you had noted before.
This data is personal to your customers. Handle it carefully: do not share it or use it to send advertising without permission.
